Important Steps

1. Do not directly open the EndNote .zip file after downloading the file.
2. The file must be unzipped and extracted to desktop before running the installer.
3. Strictly follow the installation process stated in the EndNote Installation Guide. Failure to do may create complications in your installation.
4. You will be prompted to authenticate with your NIE staff or student ID and password when you click the download button below.
