EndNote 21 (for LIBRIS)

Before you start, please note the following:

1. Update your operating system (Windows or macOS) and Microsoft Word to the latest version.
2. Close all Microsoft applications running in the background.
3. Uninstall any trial or earlier versions of EndNote.
