If NIE Library does not subscribe to that online article, the full text online will not be available to you even if you use the Findit@NIE article linker.
NIE Library does not subscribe to every journal, or every issue from a particular journal.
If you see a text that says "Sorry, no holdings are found for this journal", to confirm for sure whether an article is available through NIE Library's subscription, search the WebOPAC using the journal title to see if a print copy is available.
If we have holdings for the print journal, you would have to locate the relevant volume/issue on Level 3 to access the full text.
If the printed version of the journal article is not available, you may request for document delivery.
