No. You can share your EndNote library with any user. However, they will need an EndNote account. If they do not have an EndNote account, they will need to register here.
Question 2: What happens when more than one person is editing a reference at the same time?
We recommend that a reference should only be edited by one person at the same time. The record fields within a reference are based on whoever made the latest changes.
