The proxy bookmarklet will re-direct you to the library’s authentication page where you will be asked to login with your NIE Login Account.

If NIE Library does not subscribe to that online article, the full text online will not be available to you even if you use the proxy bookmarklet.
NIE Library does not subscribe to every journal, or every issue from a particular journal.
If the proxy bookmark does not work, to confirm for sure whether an article is available through NIE Library's subscription, search for journal titles in the library portal to see if there is access via another online source or if a print copy is available.
If we have holdings for the print journal, you would have to locate the relevant volume/issue on Level 3 to access the full text.
